    1. Which payment methods does Eleni Milionis accept?

    I accept cash & bank transfer payment methods.
    I also accept card payments, please note that this incurs a surcharge of 2.2%

    2. Are treatments available for men?

    Yes! All my treatments are unisex and can be customised to the specific client.

    3. Do You Have Gift Vouchers?

    4. Do I Need to Book in Advance?

    Yes, I highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment with your preferred time & date.
    You can do this via a message, call or online booking.

    5. What is Eleni Milionis cancellation policy?

    • Appointments are reserved for you.

    • Confirming an appointment means you accept this policy.

    • There is limit to 2 reschedules per appointment. Rescheduling 2 or more time will become automatically cancellation and the same cancellation policy applies. 

    Due to the complexity of Cosmetic Tattooing and Plasma services we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and processing fee (if paying with card) which will be charged to you upon booking. All booking must be secured with a deposit within 24hrs, failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation to allow others the opportunity to book in.
    Any cancellations will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
    There must be 72 hours notice given if you wish to reschedule your appointment, failure to do so will incur an administration fee of $100.

    For all other treatments, any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    Bookings related to weddings are taken on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot hold your booking open without confirmation and payment of the booking deposit. Non-payment may result in losing the date to another party. A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking which can be made via bank transfer. If there is a reduction of people requiring our services 4 weeks or less before your event, you will still be charged for those people. It is best to find replacements. The booking deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable for any reason if a booking is cancelled.

    We unfortunately can’t accommodate late arrivals. Please note, this may lead to rescheduling your appointment. However, do our best to accommodate our clients where possible.

    7. I want to come with a friend — is this allowed?

    A friend is allowed depending on the service. We are flexible if you bring a sitter or help to watch over your child. Please inform Eleni if you wish to come with someone.

    These rules exclude any cosmetic tattooing services. Only the tattooist and client can be in the room during the procedure due to Occupational Health & Safety.

    8. Who is cosmetic tattooing is not suitable for?

    Please let Eleni know if you have any of the following (listed below) prior to booking in your appointment.
    If you are unsure, please feel free to ask. 

    • You are under 18

    • You have diabetes

    • You are pregnant or breastfeeding

    • You have glaucoma or taking blood-thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin, warfarin)

    • You have skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema

    • You have transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis

    • You have a hemophilia

    • You have healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure

    • You are on any skin medication such as Accutane or Steroids

    • You have active skin cancer

    • You undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy (consult your doctor)

    • You have epilepsy

    • You have a pacemaker or major heart problems

    • Severe allergies eg: latex, metals such as nickel, etc

    • You had Botox in the past one month

    9. When are eyelash treatments not suitable for someone?

    Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, the following conditions are recognised as contraindications for Lash Lift/Tint & Eyelash Extension treatment and must be disclosed prior to the treatment:

    • Eye Infections/disorders

    • Recent Eye Surgery

    • Allergy to product

    • Very sensitive eyes

    • Hay fever sufferers/Watery Eyes

    • Conjunctivitis

    • Stye

    • Dry Eye Syndrome

    • Using prescribed medicated eye drops

    • Pregnancy – during the 1st trimester

    • Medication – Thyroxin (in some cases can prevent lashes from curling)

    • Contact Lenses – must be removed
